The Board of Directors serves as the leadership team responsible for guiding the operations and long-term well-being of Cooper’s Bay Condominiums. Working on behalf of the homeowners, the board helps oversee community decisions, manage association responsibilities, and ensure the property is maintained in a way that protects both the quality of life and the value of the community. Through regular meetings, planning, and collaboration with residents, the board works to keep Cooper’s Bay a well-managed and welcoming place to live.
